Brazilian  photographer and  visual artist   William Kass  has a slightly different understanding of what  food  is than most of us do. In his witty “Minimize – Food” diorama photography series, he uses fruit, vegetables, seeds and other edible products and substances to take his tiny plastic people all around the world. Orange slices become sparkling fruity pools, a hunk of Swiss cheese becomes a stylish restaurant, and a dough patty becomes a sumo ring. The possibilities that food gives to the creative mind are endless!
